What You’ll Do:

  • Greet visitors and handle phone calls/emails with professionalism.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like invoices and expense tracking.
  • Manage administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, and filing.
  • Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
  • Support the team with day-to-day office operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in reception, admin, or bookkeeping roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks familiarity is a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
