Bilingual CSR & Warehouse Rep

We are seeking a well-rounded Bilingual Warehouse Sales Counter Clerk who has amazing customer service skills, strong data entry skills, and is organized and great in warehouse settings. This position is full time with room for advancement!

Schedule – M-F 8-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the sales counter

· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

· Provide product information, technical support, and recommendations to customers

· Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly

· Answer emails as needed

· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management

· Inventory cycle counts

· Select and pack orders for delivery or customer pick-up

· Receive shipments and check for accuracy

· Operate forklift as needed

· Assist with order pulling as needed

· Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and promote customer loyalty

Requirements:

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

· Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications

· Must be physically capable of safely lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and operating warehouse equipment

· Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record

Desired skills:

· Previous experience in a warehouse or counter sales position, preferably in logistics and inventory
